Abstract
以绿粒小麦麸皮为原料进行色素的酸化乙醇法提取。结果表明,绿粒小麦麸皮色素在530nm处有最大吸收,当pH=1.0,酸化乙醇体积分数40%,料液比(g:mL)1∶15,提取温度60℃,提取1h时提取率高,色素得率为15.1%。
