CONCORDIA INKS 31 TO NATIONAL LETTERS OF INTENT

St. Paul, MN - Concordia University football coach Mark Mauer has announced the signing of 31 football players to national letters of intent. The signees include 13 offensive players - six offensive linemen, five running backs and two quarterbacks - and 15 defensive players - six defensive backs, six linebackers and three defensive linemen. The signee breakdown according to state has twenty from Minnesota, six from Wisconsin, two from Florida and one each from Iowa, Missouri and Ohio. The Golden Bears went 5-6 last season, including 4-4 in the NSIC.
