Abstract
用高效液相色谱法及氨基酸组成分析法测定4～6 岁43 名儿童的非刺激性及刺激性全唾液富酪蛋白浓度.经咀嚼刺激后的全唾液富酪蛋白浓度高于非刺激性全唾液(P<0.01),但性别间及各年龄组间富酪蛋白浓度差异无显著性,提示咀嚼刺激可使唾液中富酪蛋白浓度升高.
