异甘草素微胶囊的制备及释放性的研究

Abstract
本文以微胶囊的包埋率和载药量为考察对象,采用内源乳化法制备了异甘草素微胶囊并对其体外释药性进行了研究。其最佳制备条件为:海藻酸钠的浓度为2%,搅拌速度为600r/min;Span80与Tween80的质量比为2.5:1;异甘草素的加入量为30mg。得到微胶囊形态完好,表面光滑;平均包封率和载药量分别为64.5%和4.24%。并在通过模拟肠液和模拟胃液中的释放曲线推测了其释放机理。
