Abstract
目的建立呋塞米注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法采用2005年版《中国药典(二部)》附录细菌内毒素检查法。结果将呋塞米注射液稀释到质量浓度为0.8 g/L时,不干扰细菌内毒素试验,其细菌内毒素限值可订为1.2 EU/mg。结论使用细菌内毒素检查法检查呋塞米注射液中的细菌内毒素是可行的。
