Discussion on Public Space Environment Evaluation in Residential Districts

In this paper,starting with analysis on evaluation of public space environment in residential districts,public space evaluation modes in residential districts which were applicable for sustainable development were discussed according to the defects existed in current evaluation system.Firstly,with the analysis on establishment of evaluation system,the principles of evaluation system which were sustainable development oriented and based on the standard of green building technology and comfort health were proposed.And then,in connection with characteristics of public space environment in residential districts and evaluation targets,a more comprehensive evaluation index system was analyzed and established,including ecological planning,compact space,green technology and comfort health and so on.Finally,the weight coefficients of index evaluation factors of all levels to the evaluation targets were defined by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and Delphi method,and evaluation levels connected with different degrees of importance of evaluation indexes to the evaluation target were determined.
