Abstract
目的 建立喉疾灵胶囊中龙脑的含量测定方法.方法 采用GC法.色谱柱为ZB-WAX毛细管柱(30m×0.25 mm×0.25μm);FID氢火焰检测器;柱温是程序升温50℃～235℃.结果 本法的加样回收率为99.76%,RSD为1.25%(n=6).结论 采用本法测定龙脑的含量具有快速、准确、重现性好的特点.结果 准确,可加强喉疾灵胶囊的质量控制.
