Abstract
精子在睾丸生成之后进入并储存在附睾,附睾管腔内的酸性微环境,使得精子在附睾中维持静息状态和获得受精能力。附睾上皮细胞分布着种类不同的酸碱转运体,参与调节管腔液体HCO3-的重吸收和H+的分泌,从而维持附睾管腔的酸性微环境。
