Clinical analysis to etiology and emergency treatment of acute severe comatose(413 cases were appended)

Objective To analysis aetiological agent and early treatment method to patients with severe coma in clinic of emergency department and to investigate measure of rescuing success rate and decreasing mortality of severe comatose case.To provide beneficial reference for clinician implement rescue to severe patients.Methods Selected 413 cases with severe coma whose rescued record completely in emergency department of first affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university.To respectively analysis its first aid diagnosis and treatment process.Results It is mostly cases of mid-aged chronic disease which acute attacking lead to severe comatose patients.For example:heart cerebral vascular disease,advanced tumor,respiratory tract disease,digestive tract disease(113 cases).It all account for 27.37%,and among them died 46 cases(mortality 34.79%).Moreover trauma is second place which lead to severe coma(72 cases).It all account for 17.43%,and among them died 30 cases(mortality 22.72%).Conclusion It is rescuing successful key that we should make early correctly and accurately diagnosis for comatose patients,meanwhile should take positive and effective rescuing measure to protect important organ function better.
