Abstract
圈养条件下,选用黑白花×当地土种杂种牛16头,随机分成两组,分别为对照组(空白组)和糖萜素组(基础日粮中添加糖萜素800g·t~(-1)干物质),每组8头牛,试验期为30d。试验结果表明:糖萜素组牛屠宰率较对照组提高1.75%,差异显著(P<0.05),背膘厚度提高0.5cm,熟肉率增加1.06%,嫩度也明显提高,大理石花纹提高1个等级。
