Abstract
Infrared radiation characteristic of a kind of short-range reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) with fixed wing is measured using a long-wave thermovision system and spectroradiometer, its spectrometric characteristic and thermal field distribution characteristic on the static state and flying state is presented respectively. Based on Johnson criterion, the target/background temperature difference curve and MRTD curve is transformed and framed in a same system of coordinate with a coordinate transformation . The detecting and recognition distance of UAV under a typical weather condition is obtained. The paper presents the methods of infrared stealth of UAV. The results tested and the data analyzed in the paper provides important accordance for optimization of infrared stealth characteristic for the future.
