Abstract
The orthogonal experiments and the empirical data computation results demonstrated that,①enhancing application of fertilizer can increase edibility of kiwi fruit and quality of storage,proved by the increase of average weight of single kiwifruit,the content of soluble solid,the vC content and the decrease of softening rate and the titratable acid content.②Low density(10 mg/kg) regulator imposes great influence on single fruit weight,but no obvious effects on the soluble solid content,the vC content,softening rate or the titratable acid content.③ Application of fertilizer rather than regulator or soil management is the key factor to increase the output and the quality.It is suggested that when fertility being high,appropriate density(10mg/kg) regulator should be applied in order to improve the output and quality of kiwifruit.
