Abstract
针对高速列车侧墙零件的特点,提出了高速列车侧墙柔性件的装配偏差模型,以定量描述其输入偏差和输出质量的数学关系.在不同零件偏差或工艺定位方式等输入条件下,利用上述模型对装配总成的尺寸质量进行虚拟分析与预测,结合工程经验研究装配偏差是否接受的问题,为高速动车组车体大部件的制造质量改进提供理论支撑.
