The Comparative Analysis on the Three Modes of Out-patient’s Derating Cost for the New Type of Rural Medical Cooperation in Yunnan Province

Through the comparative analysis to the out-patients flow,the participating rate of rural medical cooperation,the benefiting rate from the cooperation,the hospitalizing benefit rate and the medical cost for families in the three modes of out-patient’s derating cost for the new type of rural medical cooperation in 52 counties in Yunnan Province,we found the developing trend for the rural medical cooperation should decrease the families accounts gradually and transit to the major compensation modes of planning as a whole for out-patients and inpatients. Therefore the residents in rural areas can improve their abilities to resist those fatal diseases.
