Abstract
目的 探讨全程护理模式对冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗(percutaneouscoronary intervention,PCI)患者生活质量及心血管不良事件的影响.方法 将147例冠心病合并糖尿病PCI患者随机分为对照组(74例)和观察组(73例),对照组行常规护理,观察组行入院到出院1年全程跟踪式护理干预.结果 1年后,观察组在遵医行为、生活质量及心血管不良事件的发生等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.001和P<0.01).结论 对冠心病合并糖尿病PCI患者进行全程护理干预,有利于提高患者生活质量,减少心血管不良事件的发生.
