Abstract
对雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii)角斑病病原福木假尾孢菌(Pseudocercospra elaeodendri)的生物学特性及侵入方式研究表明,该菌菌丝生长最适温度27-29℃,以胡萝卜培养基生长最好,pH值4.5-9.0适合生长.产孢最适温度31℃,最适pH值为6,燕麦培养基最适产孢.孢子萌发最适温度31℃,最适pH值为3,雷公藤汁液及暗培养条件对孢子萌发有促进作用,且萌发需要一定的湿度.扫描电镜结果显示,接种24 h时萌发芽管直接从背面气孔侵入雷公藤叶片.
