目的:介绍贯叶连翘的药物相互作用研究进展.方法:查阅近几年来国内外有关贯叶连翘药物相互作用的文献并进行综述.结果:贯叶连翘通过诱导细胞色素P450酶系以及改变P糖蛋白活性,改变多种药物的代谢行为,甚至引发严重不良事件.结论:应重视贯叶连翘的药物相互作用,合理使用.
