超低浓度羟丙基胍胶压裂液体系的研制及在苏里格气田的应用

Abstract
在分析苏里格气田上古储层地质条件的基础上,依据"羟丙基胍胶的临界重叠浓度就是交联的最低浓度"理论和有机硼交联机理,通过对交联络合剂和合成条件的优选,研发出新型的高效交联剂,采用该交联剂体系,羟丙基胍胶稠化剂质量分数较常规气井降低40%时,仍保持了良好的耐温和流变性能。该压裂液体系残渣残胶含量大大降低,降低了对储层的伤害程度。截至到2011年底,该压裂液已成功应用于苏里格气田42口直井、3口水平井,取得了较好的改造效果。
