摘要
Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)transfer for treating patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction. Methods:A total of 34 PCI stents were implanted to 32 patients, then observed patients' symptoms, cardiac functions during their hospital stay and 30 days after the surgery, compared the changes in electrocardio gram(ECG)before and after the surgery. Results:All PCI stents were successfully implanted, symptoms, and ECG in all patients were improved after the operation except cardiac dysfunction in 4 cases and multisystem and organ failure in 1 case(death).During hospital stay, and within 30 days after surgery, incidence of adverse events was low. Conclusion:Direct PCI transfer is safe and effective for acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction patients.
