Abstract
目的:了解患者对医院护理服务的满意度情况,有针对性的解决存在的问题。方法:通过调查问卷及电话随访等方式。结果:对护理人员能力的满意度介于一般与较好之间。结论:患者对护理服务满意度一般,医院应从实际情况出发,加强与患者家属沟通、保证就医环境、重视病患护理、缩短患者住院日数及节省住院费用等方面加以改进。
