The Factors Influencing Pulverized Coal Fineness in the Medium Speed Mill

Rational pulverized coal fineness has a great influence on coal mill work situation and the boiler combustion efficiency.The test of ZGM 113G medium-speed coal mill of 600 MW boiler is studied.In the change of coal mill baffle opening,hydraulic loading,output and outlet temperature,pulverized coal fineness of coal mill is tested.The research result shows that when the coal mill baffle opening and output increase, the pulverized coal becomes thick when coal mill load oil pressure and the outlet temperature increase,the pulverized coal becomes thin.This conclusion may be used to guide the actual operation to improve plant security economy.
