Efficiency Analysis on Chinese Public Service Platform of SME Based on DEA Method

In recent years,lots of parts of our country have established and fostered public service platforms of SME to promote SMEs' quality upgrading.Fostering public service platform is based on moderate government intervention theory,market promotion theory and the theory of SME service.Chinese public service platform of SME has formed two main modes in actual operation: the government-oriented public service platform and the market-oriented public service platform.Through the input-output efficiency evaluation of two kinds of public service platforms,the paper finds that the efficiency of market-oriented public service platform is superior to government-oriented public service platform.
