鼻腔及鼻窦非霍奇金淋巴瘤的CT诊断

Abstract
目的探讨鼻腔、鼻窦非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的CT特点,提高其诊断准确性。资料与方法回顾性分析11例经病理证实的鼻腔及鼻窦NHL的CT表现。结果 11例中原发鼻腔8例,鼻窦3例。8例鼻腔病灶中5例起源于鼻前庭或鼻腔前部;病灶肿块表现4例,浸润表现2例,混合表现5例,多数(9/11)密度相对均匀;位于鼻窦者骨质破坏明显且可膨胀性压迫骨质;位于鼻腔者骨质破坏不明显或较轻微;病灶易累及邻近结构。结论鼻腔、鼻窦NHL的CT表现有一定特征性,CT在该病的诊断中有重要意义。
