Abstract
The effect of aging on congnition of aMCI and eAD has been clear. For the therapy and care of aMCI and eAD, we need to know the difference of cognition among aging. 191 persons (50-85year old) data were analyzed using statistical analysis of Student's t test, who were diagnosed by single neurologist and psychologist with MRI and SPECT. They were examined with the Rivermead Behavioural Memory Test (RBMT), mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and frontal assessment battery (FAB), so that, diagnosed as normal, aMCI and eAD. Each group was divided into three group as 50-65 (15, 6, 8), 66-75(19, 22,19), 76-85(12,25,65) years old. Decreased cognitive function with age was observed in normal, aMCI and eAD group, respectively, which Standardized Profile Score, Screening Score of RBMT, attension of MMSE, conceptualization, mental flexibility and total score of FAB in normal, Face recognition and Orientation of day of RBMT, Attention of MMSE and conceptualization of FAB in aMCI, and Delayed recall of a new route and Immediate recall of a message of RBMT, and conceptualization and programming of FAB in eAD.In the same stage of AD, cognitive dysfunction was difference from age.
