Abstract
目的研究甘油三酯对荧光偏振免疫分析法测定丙戊酸钠血药浓度的影响.方法按甘油三酯四种浓度(正常甘油三酯、临界甘油三酯、高甘油三酯、极高甘油三酯)分为四组,每组以丙戊酸钠浓度分为低、中、高三种水平用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定丙戊酸钠血药浓度,用回归法考察各组线性、相关性.结果极高甘油三酯组测定的丙戊酸钠浓度线性差与正常甘油三酯组测定的丙戊酸钠浓度可比性差.结论极高甘油三酯影响荧光偏振免疫分析法测定丙戊酸钠血药浓度.
