高温高密度压裂液在大古2井的应用

Abstract
大古2井目的层井深为6 433~6 441 m,地层温度为174.5℃,破裂压力梯度超过0.0259 MPa/m。受完井及地面设备的耐压限制,常规压裂液由于密度低、耐温性差,无法满足施工作业的要求。为此,通过室内实验,优选出了密度达1.46 g/cm3、抗温可达180℃的低摩阻、易返排的高温加重压裂液,该压裂液用NaBr作加重剂,选择水不溶物含量较低、抗温抗盐性能较好的GRJ-4作稠化剂,选用有机硼与过渡金属交联剂的复合物作交联剂,该压裂在180℃高温剪切120 min后黏度仍保持在150 mPa.s以上,具有良好耐温耐剪切性能。用该压裂液成功实施了加砂压裂作业,井口施工压力高达125.3 MPa,为超高温高压储层压裂改造提供了宝贵经验。
