Abstract
目的 探讨通过动脉介入方式向猪的胰腺注射Fe3O4磁流体的可行性.方法 采用seldinger法,经股动脉将SP管插到脾动脉,向胰腺供血动脉注射浓度为100 mg/ml的 Fe3O4磁流体 1 ml .磁流体注射6天后处死实验动物,取其胰腺及其他内脏器官,行组织切片HE染色.结果 通过动脉介入的方式成功向胰腺内注射磁流体,经病理检查显示磁流体分布于注射部位胰腺内,其他脏器未见明显的磁流体分布.结论 通过动脉介入方式向胰腺内注射磁流体是可行的,并没有引起胰腺组织的明显损伤.
