2009年,国家电网公司提出建设坚强智能电网的发展目标,安排了2批47座新建智能变电站试点工程建设.至2011年底,智能变电站试点项目已经竣工投产41座.对已投运的41座智能变电站试点工程采用的关键技术及设备情况进行介绍,梳理试点建设中发现的问题,总结设计建设经验,对后续智能变电站建设具有重要借鉴意义.
