Abstract
目的:探索一种客观、科学、可行的太田痣疗效评价体系.方法:从门诊太田痣患者中随机选择126名对象,在MedliteC3激光治疗前和每次治疗后3个月,分别在摄影室拍摄局部色斑图像,运用计算机图像分析和肉眼辨别两种方法评判治疗效果.结果:两种方法评判太田痣治疗效果存在统计学差异,计算机图像分析评判治愈率低于肉眼评判.结论:计算机图像分析方法对太田痣治疗前后的变化可以进行定量判定,提高了评价方法的客观性和科学性.
