Abstract
目的 研究甲胎蛋白对树突状细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 用流式细胞仪分析体外培养扩增的人外周血树突状细胞表面分子的表达及功能变化.MTT法分析树突状细胞增殖情况.结果 甲胎蛋白可抑制人外周来源树突状细胞增殖,下调DC共刺激分子CD1a、CD83、CD80、CD86、CD11c的表达,甲胎蛋白的免疫抑制效应与其浓度有关.结论 甲胎蛋白下调抑制树突状细胞生长及其免疫功能.
