Abstract
通过室内离体测定和温室植株测定研究了枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)B03对植物病原真菌的抑制作用.平板对峙培养结果表明,菌株B03对供试的15种真菌病害的病原菌均具较强的抑菌活性,其发酵滤液对甘蓝枯萎病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌和黄瓜枯萎病菌的菌丝生长都有抑制作用,抑制强度与发酵滤液浓度呈显著正相关.发酵液的施用时期不同对甘蓝枯萎病的温室防效影响显著,以发酵液灌根后3 d再接种病原菌的效果最好,可明显降低植株发病率和病情指数,防治效果高达96.25%.
