Abstract
采用微波辅助,以3,4-二氨基苯甲酸和苯甲醛为原料,合成了2-苯基-1H,1′H-2′,5-双苯并咪唑.探讨了物料比、微波输出功率、微波辐射时间和催化剂PPA与HCl比例对反应产率的影响.结果表明,第1步较佳反应条件为3,4-二氨基苯甲酸∶苯甲醛=1.0∶1.2,微波输出功率320 W,间歇辐射30 min;第2步较佳反应条件为5-(2-苯基-1H-苯并咪唑)甲酸∶邻苯二胺=1.0∶1.1,PPA/HCl=1∶1,微波输出功率500 W,间歇辐射15 min.该方法具有原料消耗少、操作简单、反应条件温和、易纯化、对环境无污染、产率高的优点.
