摘要
Avian Leukosis Virus Subgroup J(ALV-J) is a new kind of subgroup that was firstly reported and isolated from meat-type chickens in beginning of the 90s of 20th century, which predominantly induced avian myelocytic myeloid(ML) in broilers.Subgroup J Avian Leukosis showed a high trend of outbreak in China in 2009.It was in 1999 that ALV-J was firstly isolated and identified from two broiler flocks in China, and then the research was developed successively. This paper outlines the research progress on ALV-J in the field of epidemiology, detection method, variation, immunosuppression and coinfection.
