摘要
Objective To observe the effects of chrysophanol solid dispersion to oxidative stress induced by cadmium in rats. Methods Chrysophanol solid dispersion was made by polyethylene glycol 6 000 vector and analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X-ray diffraction method.40 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, including normal control group, cadmium exposure group, cadmium and chrysophanol group, low dosage of cadmium and chrysophanol solid dispersion group, high dosage of cadmium and chrysophanol group. The normal control group was given 10 ml/kg purified water, another 4 groups were given 20 mg/kg cadmium chloride by gavage every other day for 4 times.6 hours after the exposure, the rats were intervened by chrysophanol and its solid dispersion. After the last administration, the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined. Results With DSC and X-ray diffraction method, the chrysophanol solid dispersion existed in amorphous form.Chrysophanol solid dispersion could decrease the levels of MDA,ALT,AST(P0.05),and increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px(P0.05) in rats. Conclusion Chrysophanol solid dispersion could alleviate the liver, brain damage and oxidative damage in rats exposed to cadmium.
