Abstract
目的:观察消癥散对人肝癌HepG-2细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其抗肿瘤的可能作用机制.方法:MTT比色法检测消癥散对人肝癌HepG-2细胞的生长抑制作用;倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学的改变;RT-PCR法检测消癥散对人肝癌HepG-2细胞p53和Bcl-2 mRNA表达的影响.结果:消瘕散对人肝癌细胞HepG-2的生长活性有抑制作用,并可调节人肝癌HepG-2细胞中p53和Bcl-2 mRNA的表达水平.结论:消癥散能促进人肝癌HepG-2细胞凋亡,其作用机制可能与下调Bcl-2和升高p53相关.
