菊粉提取及羧甲基菊粉钠的制备

Abstract
目的:探讨菊芋中菊粉提取的最佳条件并制备羧甲基菊粉钠.方法:以菊芋为原料,探讨在水溶液中提取菊粉的最佳条件(最佳固液比、时间和温度).提取菊粉后,在碱性条件下,菊粉与一氯乙酸起醚化反应,制备羧甲基菊粉钠.结果与结论:固液比1:15、提取时间40 min、温度90℃为其最佳提取条件,其提取率较高.为67.12%.菊粉与一氯乙酸反应的目的产物,经红外光谱分析为羧甲基菊粉钠,为菊粉的应用提供了一定的实验条件.
