Determination and Investigation of 24 Elements in Tibetan Herbal Drugs for Curing Chi Ba Diseases

ObjectiveTo determine 24 elements in Tibetan herbal drugs for curing CHI BAN deceases,and to investigate the distribution mode of 10 essential micro-elements and 4 essential macro-elements.MethodInductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry was adopted.ResultsThe results showed that the contents of calcium,magnesium,sodium,potassium,iron,zinc,manganese and copper were abundant,and the distribution mode of these elements were Fe Mn,ZnCu.ConclusionThere exist some relationship between the clinic effect of CHI and its elements.
