Abstract
以洋桔梗切花品种“702”为材料,研究了切花采后生理生化指标的变化规律.结果表明:鲜重、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、呼吸速率、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性前期上升后期下降,相对电导率和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均表现为上升趋势.保护酶系统活性下降,膜质过氧化等造成细胞膜损伤是启动洋桔梗切花衰老的生理原因之一.
