Abstract
【目的】探讨动脉粥样硬化(AS)的氧化应激状态及其机制。【方法】日本大耳白兔20只,随机分为两组:每组10只,对照组以普通饲料喂养;模型组以高胆固醇饲料喂养;共喂养16周后,分别测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,同时运用免疫组织化学染色法检测主动脉血管紧张素受体-1(AT1-R)的表达,内参比法RT-PCR定量分析p22phox mRNA在主动脉的表达。【结果】模型组血清SOD较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),模型组主动脉AT1-R及p22phox mRNA表达显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】①动脉粥样硬化时体内活性氧升高;②活性氧升高的机制可能与血管AT1-R及p22phox表达增强有关。
