利用分压法测输气管线冻堵位置

Abstract
苏里格气田冬季气温低,最低气温-30℃.受冬季低温气候影响,气田地面管线冻堵严重,给生产管理带来了很多困难.目前管线冰堵后通常采用放空或注醇方法解堵,这些方法在冻堵程度轻微时比较有效,冻堵严重时则需要明确管线具体冻堵位置,采取直接加热手段才能彻底解堵.如何找出管线冻堵位置,目前尚没有有效的办法.针对这种情况,本文首次提出了一种应用分压原理方法来测定天然气管线冰堵位置的新方法,并开展了现场试验.试验效果表明这种方法简单、快捷、精度高,为检测管线冻堵位置提供了一种可靠途径.
