以N1-氨基丁基-N1,N4-二叔丁氧羰基-1,4-丁二胺和手性甲酰基联萘酚为原料,经缩合后用NaBH4还原,产物提纯后脱保护,得到目标产物S-6和R-6,所得化合物的结构均经IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和MS测试确认.
