Abstract
比较了几种不同溶剂对茶籽油的提取效果,在单因素实验的基础上开展了溶剂法提取茶籽油工艺的正交实验研究。研究结果表明:以石油醚为提取溶剂,在料液比1∶10,提取温度50℃下,提取2次,每次3h。在此工艺条件下,茶籽油的提取率达到93%以上,得到的茶籽油为浅黄色。
