某型号飞机发动机在外场使用过程中,出现了几起涡轮工作叶片榫头断裂的故障(图1).经失效分析,均为疲劳裂纹所致.为避免该类问题再次出现,需寻找一种可靠的外场无损探伤方法,以有效地检出缺陷,确保发动机的安全运行.
