土壤有机质测定方法加热条件的改进

Abstract
容量法是土壤有机质测定中普遍使用的方法.根据实验室的条件和多年的实践,对容量法GB1999加热氧化控制条件进行改进,摸索出两种比较理想的土壤有机质测定方法:烘箱加热和消化炉加热法.经检验,两种方法的结果准确可靠,相对误差都小于1.41%,相对标准偏差小于2.73%,而且这两种方法测定速度快,操作简便,优于传统的测定方法.
