TGF-β1对口腔癌相关成纤维细胞迁移特性的影响

Abstract
目的:采用细胞划痕实验,研究外源性TGF-β1 (transforming growth factor beta)细胞因子对体外分离培养的原代癌相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)迁移特性的影响,探讨TGF-β1细胞因子对CAFs生物学性能的影响.方法:以口腔正常成纤维细胞(NFs)和未经处理的CAFs细胞为对照组,采用细胞划痕实验观察一定浓度的TGF-β1在不同时间作用后对CAFs迁移特性的影响.结果:与NFs组和未处理组CAFs相比,10 μg/L的TGF-β1在不同时间点能够明显促进CAFs的迁移.结论:TGF-β1细胞因子能够明显促进CAFs的迁移,对CAFs的生物学性能具有重要影响.
