Abstract
目的 探讨床边CR摄影在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征诊断中的价值.方法 收集聊城市妇幼保健站2005年1月-2009年3月临床确诊的102例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的病例资料并进行分析.结果 双肺有细小颗粒状影21例;双肺有斑点状、斑片状影、支气管充气征45例:双肺呈"磨玻璃"样28例;呈"白肺"样改变8例.结论 床边CR摄影是新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征诊断有效的影像检查方法 ,有助于新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的早期诊断与治疗.
