婴幼儿纵隔肿瘤手术的麻醉管理

Abstract
目的 探讨婴幼儿纵隔肿瘤手术的麻醉处理体会.方法 选择2006年7月～2008年3月小儿纵隔肿瘤切除术9例,年龄2月～3岁,平均(1.6±1.4)岁,体重5～16 kg,平均(10.5±5.5)kg.右纵隔肿瘤3例,左纵隔肿瘤6例.均采用气管内插管静吸复合麻醉.结果 9例纵隔肿瘤手术患儿均成活,无1例出现严重的麻醉并发症.结论 正确的术前评估和准备以及严密的术中监护和管理,才能保证纵隔肿瘤手术患儿的安全.
