Tongxinluo Cooperate Atorvastatin Unstable Angina Lipid-Lowering Effects and Endothelial Function

[Objective]To observe Tongxinluo cooperate atorvastatin in combination with unstable angina (UA) in patients with lipid-lowering effects and the effects on vascular endothelial function.[Methods]selected 91 cases of UA patients,total cholesterol (TC) ≥ 4.68mmol / L,were randomly divided into two Tongxinluo combined with atorvastatin group (combination group) and the atorvastatin group (the control group). Groups are nightly oral atorvastatin 20mg,the Joint Group on a daily wear Tongxinluo capsules 2,three times a day.Determination of 4,8 weeks before treatment and after treatment of blood lipids,C-reactive protein (CRP),endothelin (ET),liver and kidney function and creatine kinase (CK).[Results]The combination group and control group can significantly lower blood lipids,CPR,and ET levels (P0.05),but the combined group a better effect.[Conclusions]Patients with UA Tongxinluo combined with atorvastatin significantly reduced blood lipids,reduce inflammation,stabilize plaque,improve endothelial function.
