兔出血症病毒衣壳蛋白VP60在杆状病毒表达系统中的表达及细胞内定位

Abstract
为了探讨兔出血症病毒(RHDV)衣壳蛋白的细胞内定位,利用杆状病毒表达系统构建了表达RHDV结构蛋白(VP60)的重组杆状病毒。间接免疫荧光(IFA)和Western blot检测以及电子显微镜观察结果表明,VP60不仅能在昆虫细胞中正确表达,而且能自组装形成病毒样颗粒(VLPs)。进一步对表达蛋白进行细胞内定位观察发现,表达蛋白定位于Sf9细胞的细胞膜上。
