Abstract
建立反相高效液相色谱法测定柴胡中芦丁、曲克芦丁、黄芩苷、槲皮素四种黄酮类成分的含量.采用Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)分离样品,以0.5%的磷酸溶液-甲醇(63:37)为流动相,流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长333nm,柱温40℃,进样量20μL.结果显示柴胡中四种黄酮类药物达到了完全分离,线性范围1～10μg,平均回收率在91.2%～96.3%之间,RSD分别为为1.6%,2.1%,3.0%和1.1%(n=3).
